i'm tired of lying... to my parents, to my friends, and especially to myself. this has to stop and yet i don't know how make it stop.

i'm on a roller coaster that i built for myself, but i forgot to give it brakes to so i can slow down and get off when i'm tired of riding. unfortunately, i've been riding the same roller coaster for 20 years, and i have yet to figure out how to get off without falling.
