so it turns out that i don't have to go home this weekend after all. my mom's doctors appointment got cancelled for tomorrow, but i'm still debating on whether or not i should go home. i need to do a book review which is due on wednesday, and i don't know any other time when i'd be able to do it except for this weekend. the only problem with me staying this weekend is that i won't be home for the next two weekends.
next weekend i have the days retreat, and then the weekend after that is spirit rally, then i can always go home saturday night, which probably won't happen. so maybe i should go home so my parents don't wonder what i'm doing in irvine considering that i don't have anything but school and work supposidly (sp?).
anyway, i had a fun day yesterday. it started with me sleeping at 4am and waking up around 9ish with a text message from joyce saying she was downstairs. i was a little confused by this and wondered why fran hadn't let her in cause i woke up as she was leaving, so i texted joyce back with "what are you doing downstairs?" and she texted me back "can you open the door?" hahaha, sorry joyce! i thought you were kidding when you said you were downstairs, i was still half delirious.
then off to class for my stats discussion which i was falling asleep in but didn't. went back home to take a 20 minute power nap and then continue to study for my stats test later that day. but alas, my 20 power nap turned into an hour power nap, and i woke scared thinking i over slept for my test. the test was okay, not too easy but not to hard either. ::t=2.6, well at least that's what i got::
after my test i went back to my car to drop off supplies for the props prep night we were having at interfaith at 4:30. but i only went to drop it off cause i had work at 4:30. i took two tests while at work, a post test inorder to figure whether or not i needed more training, and a quiz to be certified to drive those gem cars on campus. =) went back to interfaith before 6 and was really happy to see the number of ppl that were there helping out. fun times! i would name ppl off but i'm scared that i might forget someone, but if you were there, and you know that you were there, i was really happy to see you there!
we ended prep night around 7, but ppl didn't want to go home... hahahaha... and we all just kept hanging out at interfaith, and then eventually moved it into the parking lot. so much indecisiveness. we ended up going to visit my nemo (aka krystle) at balin cause she was sick and we felt like she needed a little cheering up. fun times! after that, back to the parking lot with more indecisiveness. i ended up going to my last years hso co-coord, jacki's apartment with my other hso co-coord, mc. the three of us haven't hung out with each other in quite a while since mc moved back home to valejo, so it was really fun getting the chance to hang out with them again! yea RUNDMD!!!
afterwards, i met up with the newbies at kaleen's apartment and i got to feed goldfishies and see a snake. OoOoOo =) that was fun... and then, i was suppose to go home and rest because i had work today, which is where i'm at right now actually, but instead i caved into going to mardi gras with mark, cressa, janice, kaleen, and michelle a. it was actually pretty fun, er, minus the dancing part! man o man... i feel uncomfortable dancing... hahah, kathee met up with us there too. fun times! barkada for life!!!! =P ::don't get mad at me::
ended the night with ppl i love and care about. =)
ahh... one more hour to go, er, an hour and 15 minutes... i'm gonna go be productive. bye y'lls!
