Before I leave for San Diego, I just really wanted to post. Last night was a real fun time! And to think that I would have been at home last night probably sleeping instead of being at Interfaith having random conversations about lesbian witches and playing the number hand game thingy.
Turtle Rock, although cold, was an awesome experience! It's moments like those, when a group of friends come together and just relax when I realize all that I have in this life. It's not all about the school work, and not all about trying to get the grades, because in the end, what do you really want remember most about your college days? That the days were all long and stressful? Or that they were full of laughter, fun times, and family bonding?
I've been spending a lot of time in front of my computer lately. Reading blogs mostly, and talking to people through AIM. And everytime that I read someones blog, especially when they talk about Liwanag, it really really makes my heart smile. Cause I know that in these crazy lives of ours, I've always found comfort in Liwanag, and I'm really glad that others have also. Liwanag was my first family in Irvine, one of the main reasons I stayed here, and continue to strive to stay here. And it's also what gives my heart hope, it's what makes my heart smile, and what makes my heart give so much to others; for to serve Him by serving others is an awesome and humbling gift. So thank you Kuya Jess for this awesome opportunity!
